Foreign nationals require a passport which must be valid for at least another four months after entry into Germany or the Schengen Area. For citizens of EU countries, a valid identity card is sufficient. The visa regulations for citizens of other countries can be found on the webpages of the Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt).

Upon request, the conference secretariat will issue an invitation letter for visa application purposes to participants with completed registrations. The request should be sent to info@iwaenc2022.org including name, address, affiliation, passport number, date of birth, and registration id.
